New Orleans receives:
SS Juan Ortega (20, A) - minor league contract
San Antonio receives:
SP César Zavala (24, AA) - minor league contract
Since Then:
Zavala has since been out of baseball (2009) playing as high as AA ball for San Antonio.
Ortega was released shortly by New Orleans (6/22/07). He then signed back with San Antonio where he continues to play decently in their farm system.
