Connecticut receives:
SP Argaw Adegoke (23, AA) - minor league contract
RF Dave Davis (26, AA) - minor league contract
Tempe Receives:
SP Daniel Sutton (33, ML) - $1.3
Since Then:
Adegoke remains in the low minors with Connecticut. He projects to be a career minor leaguer... if lucky.
Davis played poorly with Connecticut's AA affiliate in '08. He has been out of baseball since '09.
Sutton went 2-7 with a gaudy 7.89 ERA for Tempe in '08. He was released by Tempe mid-season (7/06/09). Since then he signed a 2-year contract with the Ciudad Juárez Velas of Alianza Béisbol Al Sur de la Frontera.
