New Orleans receives:

San Antonio receives:
New Orleans' 3rd round 2009 draft pick (SP Juan Valdés - 20th pick)
Since Then:
Morales went 8-4 with a 3.95 ERA in 18 starts with New Orleans before being traded to West Virginia (7/31/09). Overall Morales is a decent pitcher worthy of being a middle to back-end starter.
Valdés has had a solid '09 season with San Antonio's SS-A affiliate. Possessing average stuff, movement and velocity, Valdés appears to be a fringe big league starter. He could one day be a backend rotation starter in the big leagues if he puts it altogether.
